Refund policy

At Bush Branded, we want you to love your gear. If something’s not quite right, here’s how we can help:

• 30-Day Returns – Full-priced items can be returned within 30 days for a refund, exchange, or store credit. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition with tags attached.

• Exchanges – Need a different size or colour? We’re happy to exchange, subject to stock availability.

• Sale Items – Sale or clearance items can’t be returned unless faulty.

• Faulty/Incorrect Items – Contact us within 7 days if you receive a faulty or incorrect item. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

• Return Shipping – Customers cover return postage for change-of-mind returns and exchanges.
