  • $7.95 Standard Shipping – for orders under $150

  • $14.95 Express Shipping – available for all orders

Delivery Times

  • Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days (depending on your location)

  • Express Shipping: 1–3 business days (depending on your location)

Please note: Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to factors outside our control (e.g., courier delays, public holidays, weather events, or remote area deliveries).

Authority to Leave & Collection

  • If you’re not home at the time of delivery, the courier may leave your parcel in a safe location if “Authority to Leave” has been selected.

  • If delivery is not possible (e.g., unsafe location, gated property, or no one available to receive the parcel), a collection card may be left with details for pickup at a nearby post office or depot.

Order Processing

  • Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days.

  • During peak times (sales, holidays, or product launches), please allow extra time for dispatch.

Tracking Your Order

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking details so you can follow your parcel’s journey.
